Bodyspa is proud to offer
Bodyspa, Pilates, Mobility, & Barre Studio.
We include fusion classes incorporating Mat and Arc, Pilates Barre, Mimic (Reformer-based), Ortho. Ladder, and Mobility training all within our in-house studio. As a Certified Instructor (since 1996), Victoria is trained in one-on-one private/ Personal training, Group fitness, Functional training and Pilates (Barre, Mat, and Reformer).
